Cancellation of the Event
If the company wishes to cancel its participation after paying the participation fee, an official letter must be submitted to the Amman Chamber of Industry.
Cancellation fees apply as follows:
If the company cancels its participation 30 days or more before the exhibition opening date, the company shall be refunded 50% of the paid participation fees, and the organizer shall retain 50% to cover expenses, equipment, and procedures resulting from the reservation.
If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the exhibition opening date, the company is not entitled to a refund of any part of the participation fees.
If the company fails to attend or occupy the booth on the specified date without prior written notice accepted by the organizing body, the reservation is considered cancelled by the company, and it has no right to claim a refund of any part of the participation fees or any compensation.
The cancellation of participation by the company does not impose any obligation on the organizing body to provide an alternative or compensate for any costs or losses incurred by the company.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The competent Jordanian courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from participation in the exhibition or relating to these terms and conditions.
Force Majeure
The organizing body shall not be held liable for the failure or delay in fulfilling any of its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its control that cannot be anticipated, avoided, or controlled.
Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, epidemics, governmental or official decisions, strikes, fires, or any other circumstances that prevent the exhibition from taking place or render its holding impossible or unsafe.
In the event of the exhibition's cancellation due to force majeure, the cancellation and refund provisions determined by the organizing body shall apply according to the circumstances, costs, and resulting obligations.
