Allocation of Exhibitions Space

  • The company is notified by the Amman Chamber of Industry via an official email issued by the Chamber regarding the United Nations' approval for it to be an exhibiting company at the exhibition.

  •  The company is required to pay the participation fee for a 6-square-meter booth, amounting to (1,000) Jordanian Dinars.

  •  Upon paying the participation fee, the company must complete the online registration process and book its booth location through the exhibition's dedicated website, based on the availability at that time. The location selection is considered final once the registration process is completed and approved by the organizing body.

  • The company is not permitted to request a change of the booth location after its approval. However, the organizing body may, when organizational necessity dictates, make any adjustments to the distribution or locations of the booths to serve the organization of the exhibition, without entitling the company to any right to claim compensation.

  •  Priority in booth allocation is granted to companies that complete the fee payment procedures early, within the available capacity.

  • Exhibition Subletting & Re-Letting 

    Full or partial sublet or re-allocation to a third party is not permitted unless authorized by the organizer in written form upon request. 

    Violation of the above can result in the immediate exclusion from the event.

    Information

    A standard booth includes:

      1. All exhibition booths shall be uniform in design, area, and basic fittings, in order to preserve the overall appearance and unified organization of the exhibition.
      2. The area of the booth allocated to each company is 6 square metres.
      3. The booth includes the following basic fittings:
        • Two (2) display shelves.
        • One (1) reception desk/table.
        • One (1) chair.
        • One (1) waste basket.
        • Electricity supply.
      4. The company may not make any modification to the basic design of the booth, alter its dimensions, or remove or relocate the basic fittings without the prior approval of the Organizer.
      5. The addition of any fittings, furniture, or structures that affect the uniform appearance of the booths or obstruct visitor movement and aisles is not permitted, unless prior approval has been obtained from the Organizer.
      6. The company may use its own informational and promotional materials within the boundaries of its booth, provided this does not conflict with the approved design or the Organizer's instructions.
      7. The exhibitor shall bear responsibility for any damage or harm caused to the fittings allocated to its booth as a result of misuse or the actions of its representatives or employees.

        Tickets
    • No exhibitor tickets are necessary during setup and dismantling.
    • Represented companies are not entitled to free exhibitor tickets from the organizer.

    Terms and Conditions for Participation in the Exhibition

      These Terms and Conditions form an integral part of the registration and participation procedures for the exhibition held on the sidelines of the Conference. The company's payment of the participation fees and completion of the online registration, following the approval of its application, shall be deemed acceptance of, and commitment to, all the Terms and Conditions set out below.

      First: Registration and Booth Reservation

      1. The company shall be notified by the Amman Chamber of Industry, by means of an official email issued by the Chamber, of the United Nations' approval for it to be one of the exhibiting companies at the exhibition.
      2. The company shall pay the participation fees for the exhibition for a booth with an area of 6 square metres, amounting to one thousand (1,000) Jordanian Dinars.
      3. Following payment of the participation fees, the company must complete the online registration process and reserve the booth location through the exhibition's dedicated website, in accordance with the locations available at that time. The selection of the location shall be deemed final upon completion of the registration process and its approval by the Organizer.
      4. The company may not request a change of booth location after it has been approved. The Organizer may, where organizationally necessary, make any amendment to the distribution or locations of the booths in a manner that serves the organization of the exhibition, without this giving rise to any right of the company to claim compensation.
      5. Priority in the allocation of booths shall be given to companies that complete the fee payment procedures at an early stage, within the available capacity.

        Second: Exhibited Products and Materials

        1. The company undertakes to display the products and services submitted in its initial registration application, on the basis of which it was nominated to participate, provided that the exhibited products are of Jordanian origin or manufactured in Jordan, as evidenced by the official documents and records held by the company. It is not permitted to display or promote foreign products or trademarks that do not fall within the products or services on the basis of which the company was approved to participate.
        2. The company bears full responsibility for the products, materials, and information it displays or distributes during the exhibition.
        3. All exhibited products and materials, or samples used, must comply with the laws, regulations, and instructions in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.
        4. It is not permitted to display or distribute any materials that may contravene the law, the regulations of the exhibition venue, or the nature of the event.
        5. The Organizer reserves the right to request the removal of any product, material, or promotional content it deems inconsistent with the nature of the exhibition or its organizational instructions, and the exhibitor must comply immediately.



    Electrical Power Supply

    Electricity (230 V at 50 Hz) shall be provided. High voltage can be ordered by the exhibitor from the event organizer All installation of electrical connections to the booths shall be exclusively undertaken by installation companies reserved by the event organizer. 

    Any interference by the exhibitor with the wiring system located in the halls is not permitted. The event organizer reserves the right to inspect the electrical equipment and accessories.

    Lighting & Air 

    The event organizer will provide general heating, air conditioning, and hall lighting throughout the exhibition.


    Cleaning

    The company bears responsibility for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of its booth throughout the exhibition period.
    Waste and refuse must be disposed of in the designated areas in accordance with the Organizer's instructions.
    Leaving materials, containers, boxes, or waste in the aisles or outside the boundaries of the booth is prohibited.
    The company shall bear the cost of any damage caused to the booth or its fittings as a result of misuse or negligence on its part or on the part of its representatives

    Technical Guidelines

    1. The booths will be marked with booth numbers. 
    2. Booths shall not exceed the set limitations (this includes furniture too) and borders. 
    3. Exhibitors are not allowed to build any design with a height higher than 240 cm within 1 meter of the three walls adjacent to another booth. 
    4. Outside of the above-mentioned area the maximum concertation height is 350 cm. If a raised floor is used the height of that floor must be included in the total height measurements of construction. 
    5. Not more than 33% of each of the open sides of booth may be closed off by a solids, non-transparent or other type of view blocking construction. 
    6. It is not permitted to suspend objects from ceiling of the hall all elevations need to build up from within the booth. 
    7. All materials used for the booth design must be flame retardant. 
    8. The event organizer can demand that booths be altered or removed if the assembly is not permitted and if they do not comply with the exhibition terms and conditions. 
    9. Should the exhibitor fail to comply, the removal or alteration can be undertaken by the event organizer at the cost of the exhibitor. 
    10. Should the booth be closed for the same reason, no claim can be made for a refund of the participation fee. 
    11. The exhibitor is liable for all personal or property damage.


      Exhibition Booth Set-Up Dismantling

      Set-Up: 

      The booth will be handed over by the booth builder on Saturday, 9 May 2026 at between 10:00 and 21:59

      Setup time will end at > 22:00 of the same day. 

      Please Note: 

      All booths must be completed and set up by this time. 

      Packaging waste etc. must be disposed of in the appropriate Places. 

      Please Note:
      Any items found within the booth area will be removed at the expense of the exhibitor.

      1. Set-up and dismantling must be completed no later than the stated deadlines.
      2. The exhibitor is obliged to participate in the exhibition and to operate the booth during the entire duration of the exhibition.
      3. Damage and the resulting cleaning of any of any misused walls of the booth shall be invoiced to the exhibitor.
      4. The exhibitor shall not begin to dismantle or remove goods from the booth prior to the conclusion of the event. and they shall begin dismantling the booth immediately after the event is concluded.
      5. The exhibitor shall remove his goods as well as any of their own additional equipment from the booth on the last day of the event.
      6. Exhibition goods which remain on the booths after the deadline for dismantling can be removed at the cost of the exhibitor and placed in storage.


        Exhibition Booth stability, Layout & Design

        The exhibition booth must match the overall style of the exhibition and generally be easily built and dismantled at any time. The exhibitor undertakes to submit the plan for the booth to the event organizer upon request and to advise them of the booth design or the companies engaged to set up the booth. Changes to the basic booth plan may only be applied after written consent is given by the event organizer.

        Exhibition advertising Promotion

        Any advertising or promotion displays outside the booth in addition to what is allocated in the booth and sponsor packages shall be available at additional costs, Or not allowed. It is not permitted for exhibitors to use any advertising material that could be deemed offensive, ideological, religious, or political.

        The exhibitors are not permitted to conduct surveys, competitions or raffles outside their booths. 

        Photography

        All photography of the event shall be exclusive to professionals hired by the organizers. 

        The event organizer is entitled to arrange for photographs, illustrations and filming of exhibition sets and booths as well as of the exhibited items and to use the same for advertising purposes or press releases. 

        The exhibitor/attendee shall be excluded from making objections to the same for any reason whatsoever. 

        The same also applies to pictures taken by the press or television with the consent of the event organizer.

        Liability Insurance

      1. The company bears full responsibility for its products, samples, materials, and personal belongings inside the booth.

      2. The organizing body is not responsible for the loss or damage of the company's products or property, unless proven to be a result of established fault on the part of the organizing body.

      3. The company is liable for any material or physical damages resulting from its products, equipment, or the actions of its employees or representatives inside the exhibition.


      4. Force Majeure

      5. The organizing body shall not be held liable for the failure or delay in fulfilling any of its obligations if such failure results from circumstances beyond its control that cannot be anticipated, avoided, or controlled.

      6. Force majeure events include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, wars, civil unrest, epidemics, governmental or official decisions, strikes, fires, or any other circumstances that prevent the exhibition from taking place or render its holding impossible or unsafe.

      7. In the event of the exhibition's cancellation due to force majeure, the cancellation and refund provisions determined by the organizing body shall apply according to the circumstances, costs, and resulting obligations.


      8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

        These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The competent Jordanian courts shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from participation in the exhibition or relating to these terms and conditions.


        Cancellation Policy

      9. If the company wishes to cancel its participation after paying the participation fee, an official letter must be submitted to the Amman Chamber of Industry.

      10. Cancellation fees apply as follows:

        • If the company cancels its participation 30 days or more before the exhibition opening date, the company shall be refunded 50% of the paid participation fees, and the organizer shall retain 50% to cover expenses, equipment, and procedures resulting from the reservation.

        • If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the exhibition opening date, the company is not entitled to a refund of any part of the participation fees.

        • If the company fails to attend or occupy the booth on the specified date without prior written notice accepted by the organizing body, the reservation is considered cancelled by the company, and it has no right to claim a refund of any part of the participation fees or any compensation.

        • The cancellation of participation by the company does not impose any obligation on the organizing body to provide an alternative or compensate for any costs or losses incurred by the company.
