Welcome to the IPS 2026

The United Nations International Procurement Seminar — Jordan 2026 will be hosted in Amman on 5–6 October 2026. It is a business-focused supplier engagement event that introduces Jordanian companies to the United Nations procurement system: UNGM registration requirements, supplier procedures, procurement categories, and practical opportunities to do business with participating UN agencies.

Objective OF the IPS

The program aims to raise awareness of United Nations procurement procedures among Jordanian companies while enhancing their readiness to meet UN supplier requirements. It supports companies in completing or strengthening their United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM) registration and profiles and helps them better understand procurement requirements, including documentation, compliance obligations, tendering processes, and supplier expectations. In addition, the program provides participating UN agencies with an opportunity to present their procurement priorities, requirements, and areas of demand directly to relevant suppliers, fostering stronger engagement and expanding opportunities for collaboration.

The IPS presents participants with the opportunity to explore procurement opportunities across the United Nations system, connect with procurement professionals from participating UN organizations, and gain practical knowledge of supplier registration, procurement procedures, and tender requirements. The event enables Jordanian businesses to strengthen their competitiveness, expand their international business prospects, and build valuable partnerships within the global United Nations procurement network.
